Megafood (Wuxi) Ingredients Co., LTD., founded in July 2022, is committed to creating a benchmark enterprise for encapsulated food raw materials in China. Our company has designed and customized fully self-contained encapsulated food raw materials production line, and has formed more than 6,000 tons per year with different characteristics of encapsulated products supply capacity. At the same time, our factory also covers the production and supply capacity of more than 50 products including carrageenan, pectin, gellan gum, compound food thickener, compound seasoning, compound dietary fiber powder (citrus fiber, seaweed fiber, etc.).
Our company created three encapsulating technologies of eutectic encapsulating, spray agglomeration and melt coating, and applied for invention patents.
