1. Food coating agent-microcrystalline wax

Microcrystalline wax has a wide range of applications in food and medicine.

Microcrystalline wax with lower melting strength has toughness, elasticity and dryness, and forms a stronger heat seal than pure paraffin wax. These advantages make microcrystalline wax more suitable for the food industry.

2. Food coating agent-paraffin wax

The food additive paraffin wax is obtained from oily wax as raw material, after sweating or solvent de-oiling, and then hydrofining or clay refining.

Paraffin wax can be divided into food grade and industrial grade. Food grade is commonly known as artificial wax. Industrial grade industrial paraffin is inedible. In fact, it is normal to wax apples. There are many special waxing factories. Waxing is to keep the fruit fresh and make the fruit look brighter. my country has regulations for fruit waxing. According to the "Sanitary Standards for the Use of Food Additives", waxing of the surface of fresh fruits is allowed, but the specified additives must be used and appropriate amounts added as needed.

Edible wax is divided into natural wax and artificial wax. Natural wax is a kind of wax film formed by the fruit itself to prevent external microorganisms and pesticides from invading the pulp. 3. Food coating agent-white oil

Food-grade white oil is widely used in food glazing, anti-sticking, defoaming, planning and sealing. It can be used as a coating agent for macaroni, bread, biscuits, chocolate and other foods. It can extend wine, vinegar, fruit, Storage and preservation period of vegetables and canned food. In terms of performance, food-grade white oil has good yellowing resistance, oxidation resistance and good viscosity-temperature performance. It is suitable for the lubrication of processing equipment in the food industries such as grain and oil processing, fruit and vegetable processing, dairy product processing, and bread cutting machines.
