Product Description:

     

High ester pectin MF-P200, a high purity pectin extracted from high quality citrus peel, does not contain any other ingredients. MF-P200 pectin is specially developed for high quality gummy products, with excellent application performance and high cost performance.


Product features: 

* Low additive amount: 1.2% additive amount can produce soft candy products with certain taste and chewable feeling;

* Good gel: high gel strength, chewable, chewy taste;

* Good process ability: acid resistance, heat resistance and shear resistance, easy to pour;

* Stable quality: effectively prevent product water out and anti-sand during the shelf life, extend the shelf life of the product.

Pectin, glucose, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium citrate.
