Product Description:
MF-CA302B seaweed powder is made of 100% natural seaweed, which is harvested in a controlled and pollution-free area and does not contain genetically modified ingredients. It is a powdered pure natural seaweed dietary fiber powder obtained through processes such as pressing, selection, drying, crushing, and screening.
MF-CA302B has high water binding capacity, standard gel strength, and provides good and uniform texture to the final product, good water retention, a certain elasticity of the gel, good taste and flavor release. This product has good dispersibility and high transparency, and can be completely dissolved above 70°C.
Applications and Dosage:
Various foods should be added in appropriate amounts according to production needs.
Recommended typical applications:
l Jelly: 0.5-1.5%;
l soft candy: 1.2-2.0%;
l neutral protein beverage 0.05-0.15%;
Instructions:
Premix with 1:6-8 white sugar, disperse in water at room temperature, and heat above 70℃ to dissolve.
Gel strength:
（1.5%，20℃，15h）：150-400g/cm2.
