MF-RA301 Seaweed Powder Dietary Fiber

Product Description:

       MF-RA301 is made from natural seaweed - red algae, which is harvested in a controlled, pollution-free area and does not contain genetically modified ingredients. The production process is a process of squeezing, drying, crushing and other processes to obtain powdered pure natural red algae powder.

       MF-RA301 has a high water binding capacity, which can reduce the syneresis of the product, provide a good and uniform texture to the final product, increase the stability of the product, improve the taste and flavor release, and provide the product with a pleasant, smooth, creamy and mellow taste. This product has good solubility and high transparency, and can be completely dissolved at 55-65℃ in 5 minutes.

Applications and Dosage:

       Various foods should be added in appropriate amounts according to production needs.

Recommended typical applications:

• sterilized yogurt: 0.1-0.2%;

• beverage: 0.05-0.1%;

Instructions:

      Premix with 1:6-8 white sugar, 50-70℃ cycle for 30 minutes.

Gel strength: 

   （1.5%，20℃，15h）：150-400g/cm².
