Product description:

MFLG-1 is a refined, high-purity, low-acyl gellan gum product that is ideal for gelling, thickening, stabilizing, and film forming applications in food and health products.

Good stability; High transparency; High gel strength; Outstanding flavor release; Fluid gel suspension.


Typical application:

MFLG-1 is mainly used as a stabilizer in beverage/mobile gel; Aspic; Dessert gel; Jams and jellies; Health care products; Fruit juices and other products with high transparency requirements.


Dispersion/hydration system:

Add MFLG-1 shear in softened water, heat to 90℃, add ions (two univalent and bivalent ions can be used: K+, Na+,Ca++ and Mg++). And cooled to form a typical gel.


Suggested dosage:

MFLG-1 can form a gel at a very low colloidal dosage, generally 0.03-0.05%.
